Sasha Banks shows off her new lip tattoo as WWE hiatus continues
SASHA BANKS has been needled by the WWE for the past few months with Vince McMahon continuing to refuse to deny her a release from the company.
However, the Boss, 27, has now undergone some needling of her own - after she unveiled her new lip tattoo!
Banks, real name Mercedes Kaestner-Varnado, had the word 'Protect' tattooed on her lower lip, a part of the body that is supposedly among the most painful to be inked.
The design was showcased on Instagram by American artist Jonathan Garcia, with the caption: "Thanks for letting me do your first tattoo."
However, many fans of Sasha were quick to point out that the Boss revealed on her own story that she also has the word 'Believe' sprawled across her forearm.
Her latest piece is unlikely to further the tension between Banks and the WWE however as the tattoo won't be visible when she eventually makes her in-ring return.

The former RAW Women's Champion has been absent from television since her and Bayley lost the tag team titles at WrestleMania 35 on April 7.
She is believed to have requested her release from the company over her anger with her bookings and storylines – but Vince McMahon has reportedly refused to grant it.
The ex-NXT star was given time off to think things over but latest rumours believe she has rejected another big offer from WWE to secure her long-term future.
But Banks appears to unmoved as her stalemate with the company goes on.

She faces a testing time after only signing a new multi-year deal with the company in 2018 but the emergence of All Elite Wrestling has caused McMahon several problems.
After Chris Jericho's surprising switch, a number superstars have been granted leave from WWE amidst rumours they will also join the Shahid Khan-backed promotion.
But McMahon is prepared to stand firm in his battle with Banks to ensure one of his biggest names does not follow suit.
